It depends on the project.
As a guide, a forty panel job from construction phase can take 6-8 weeks. Each tilt panel job varies, so the timeframe will depend on factors such as the complexity of the plans, engineering, weather, earthworks, variations and schedules. Yes.
We are loyal to builders who provide us with ongoing work and they have precedence over our schedule. However, we are also open to working with new builders and are willing to build relationships with them over time. Our priority is to establish long-term partnerships with builders who demonstrate consistent quality work and reliability.
After expanding our residential company to offer commercial and industrial services, we are in a growth phase. Our concrete estimating, scheduling, operations and logistics are on point and ready to keep up with your projects. Not usually, but we can.
Our focus is on the production and lift of concrete panels. We typically do not supply concrete, steel and materials for our commercial and industrial concrete projects. This is so we can focus on working in our area of expertise; quality concrete tilt panels, slabs and driveways for our builders.
We understand that there may be situations where a builder requires concrete for a specific or one off project. In such cases, we may be willing to supply concrete with progress payments to ensure that we can support your project while protecting our own interests. Please contact us if you have a supply project you would like to discuss further.
