Nathan started working in the concrete industry over 20 years ago with Sunshine Coast tilt panel construction companies, gaining experience and qualifications along the way.

During one of the slower periods in construction, he made a move to the civil mining industry and gained extensive training in leadership. However, the time away from his family eventually led him to pursue a different path.

In 2015, with the support and guidance of industry business owners and contractors, Nathan took the leap and started his own residential concrete company. He studied business management and work health and safety to ensure he was equipped to succeed in the new venture, Ahead Construction Group.

With a focus on creating a better work-life balance, the company core values proved to be beneficial for our family, and popular with the expert contractors that we work with. The work is quality, the business process flows and most importantly, the crew have a supportive and positive work environment.

In 2023, we knew It was time to plan for our future and do it all again. This time it was going back to where we started - commercial and industrial concrete. We expanded our company to focus on commercial tilt panel constructions, allowing us to take on a wider range of projects. Our goal is to provide a positive work experience for employees, contractors and builders. We do this while delivering quality concrete construction services.

We have worked from the ground up, and we are here to do things differently in the concrete construction industry. At Ahead Tilt Panel Constructions, our focus will always be people over profit.
